Black Gem Cottage - Whitby

Wow, guys, let me tell you about Black Gem Cottage! It's like stepping into a cozy dream. The room is so comfy, with soft, plush pillows that just make you want to snuggle up and never leave. I felt like I was in my own little world, surrounded by rustic charm. It was a perfect haven for me and my friends!

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the bathroom situation. Having just one with a bath or shower and another one with only a shower made it a bit inconvenient when we were all rushing to get ready.

Great location, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, helpful owner, designated parking space, modern and stylish decor.

Nothing could have been better.

I recently stayed at a fabulous, comfortable cottage in a terrific location. The modern kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, including tea and coffee. The bedrooms were nice and the decor throughout the cottage was lovely. Despite being in the middle of town, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The designated parking space was a big bonus. a great experience!

We had a great stay at Black Gem Cottage. The location was perfect, great to easily explore central Whitby. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed, from a washing machine to kitchen utensils.

There were a couple of drawbacks. The attic bedroom could get quite hot during above average hot weather, and we found the noise from seagulls early in the morning and at night to be a bit bothersome.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable, despite the owner's attempts to fix it. the hot water facilities were inconsistent, with scalding water in the kitchen and a slow trickle upstairs.

I always stay at this cozy cottage, it's like my second home. The staff even helped me with local food delivery number. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, beach access, cots, and allows pets. Perfect for my trips! No regrets!

Whenever I come to Whitby, I always stay at this lovely cottage. The staff even helped me find a local taxi on my first visit. With Wi-Fi, free parking, beach access, cots, and pets allowed. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Black Gem Cottage was an absolute gem! The bathroom with a bath or shower was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. I loved having the option to either take a relaxing bath or a quick shower. It made me feel right at home and added an extra touch of luxury to my stay.

Personally, I preferred the bathroom with a bath or shower over the one with just a shower. But hey, that's just my preference!
